I stopped in with the intent of securing space to park our RV, however, the door was locked (no signage indicating when someone would be available to assist). A few moments later someone hurriedly pulled in the driveway and said “how am I supposed to get in the driveway when you’re in it?”, I was disappointed to find out that person was the Extra Space Storage employee responsible for this location. Once inside the office I was told that she did not have space for our RV though the uncovered space designated for large vehicle parking was less than half full. I asked if the empty spaces were reserved she dismissively looked at me and simply said “no”. I then asked if we could make the circle around the building to leave since this location is on a 2-lane street and we were towing a 27 foot RV, the attendant told us to back out of the driveway onto the street justifying her statement by saying that 18-wheelers do it all the time. To say that this experience was disappointing is an understatement as everyone I spoke to previously at the Martin Rd location was not only pleasant but knowledgeable. As a result of this experience we decided not to trust our valuables with Extra Space Storage.
