I ordered a storm door to be put up at this store. It has been 2 months, keep getting texts that they are coming to install my door but they do not come. I have taken off 2 days in a row from work waiting on them. The installer they use are very unprofessional. Now I am waiting one my next installment. Will never come to Alabama again to Lowe’s. I just live about 5 minutes over state line in Tennessee.

Shopped in the garden department yesterday and witnessed what I can only describe as completely unprofessional behavior from a supposed manager (middle aged black woman, didnt catch her name). She repeatedly spoke down to another employee (older white man, again didnt catch his name) in a way that was condescending and disrespectful, despite him remaining calm and respectful the entire time.
If this is how management treats staff in public, it reflects very poorly on the store as a whole. It was uncomfortable to watch and frankly embarrassing. Management should be setting the standard, not undermining it.

This store is NOT a good place to purchase merchandise to be delivered. I purchased a washer, dryer and lawnmower on a Thursday. Set up delivery for the following Monday. I received the washer and dryer, but not the mower. Called and was told that the mower was not even assembled yet and it would e delivered on Wednesday. Just received a call saying that it is still NOT ready for delivery. Now it will be Thursday sometime. Was not given a time frame. Will NOT do this again! I will say that the delivery guys that brought the washer and dryer were TOO NOTCH! Also, the salesman was great as well! The so called manager should NOT have that position!

We had the best experience at the Garden center today! The woman who helped us and checked us out was so kind. She was very busy juggling multiple tasks but never seemed bothered or annoyed. She had the best smile and was just very pleasant to work with. I hate I didn’t grab her name. We barely had to wait in line, she made sure to thank us for our patience and we appreciated her.
