    Ordered a shower kit at the Madison AL store. Got shipped to the South HSV store. They won't transfer it unless I pay a delivery fee. Thanks! Had a terrible time trying to talk to a human-being in both stores to get an answer. The automated phone system is awful.

    Old lady working the customer service counter would rather sit and chit chat about her dog with another employee than help customers. Looked me straight in the eye then went right back to talking about her dog while I’m standing 4 feet from her and the other employee just ignoring me. Needs better training

    It's always like pulling teeth to get through the pro checkout. They still haven't had the foresight to get a box for scanning IDs and probably 95% of the staff have no clue what the difference is between a screw and a windowpane. Two...there are literally two good employees that I have interacted with at this location in the last four years. Today it seemed as of the clerk just graduated preschool. Whatever happened to Pros that know at Lowe's!?!

    My senior parents went to this location to try to purchase an air conditioner. The male employee initially told them that he had just put up the air conditioners this morning and said his back would not allow him to lift them again and was hesitant about using the lift to go to the top shelf to get them. After looking at air conditioners in another location within the store that had not been stored yet, they did not find the right fit. The employee claimed that he would get a lift to try to see about the ones on the top shelving. My parents waited on the aisle where the ACs had been stored for well over 20 minutes for him to come back and instead eventually saw this employee walking with some carts in another section of the store. He had ignored their presence and did not do what he said. Finally, he came down the aisle where they were waiting and other shoppers were waiting there as well. He ignored my parents and asked the other shoppers what could he help them with. My parents said, "What about us? We've been waiting." He said it would take him two hours to go up to look at the air conditioners. So, he refused providing further assistance and told them to go online when they clearly had many air conditioners in stock in this location. I do not appreciate my parents being treated this way. If an employee refuses/avoids helping the customers, then what are they getting paid to do?! My parents went down the road to your competitor and received stellar service and bought a $700 air conditioner. We will never do business here or at another Lowe's store ever again.
