They somehow didn't have the door stop pine in the normal rectangle shape, so I went to their website and found it. There is a shipping fee unless you add at least $45 of stuff to your cart, but when I added other things, they added an $89 delivery fee to those other things and were still charging the $6 shipping fee on the original item. There is no way to contact them through the site to provide feedback, the chat with them button doesn't do anything, and their site doesn't even work on 2 of the 3 browsers I tried. They tried to force me to create an account to purchase, but after multiple attemps and clicking back I was finally able to order as a guest.

Somewhere along the way this Lowe’s quit caring about their customers’ experiences and it in the attitude of most of its employees. I think the negative is set by Mimi, the GM and Brooke, her assistant mgr. There’s other Lowe’s in town that will treat you right.

I came in unsure of how to approach a critical job on my 1961 built house. Steve from the plumbing department guided me through each step I would need to do. He helped me locate all of the essential parts I would need, walked me through each step, and told me to come back and find him if I needed help (which I did). This man provided me with the time he would be available to aid me if I was having trouble. Because of Steve in plumbing, my project is complete, my family has water, and I feel like a licensed plumber. Thank you, Steve! I am a Lowes guy now.
