    I purchased a toolbox online that was shipped from this location, and unfortunately it arrived damaged, with visible scratches and a large dent on the side that appeared to be covered with a shipping label. When I contacted the store about a replacement, I was told the item was out of stock, even though it was still showing as available online. They eventually arranged to pick up the damaged toolbox, but after waiting over 30 days and making multiple calls, I was only refunded for the item itself and not the delivery charge. It’s frustrating to pay for delivery when the product arrived in unusable condition. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to this location in the future.

    Absolutely no customer service. No help to handle 80 lb concrete bags. Only 2 50 lb bags avaliable. Fork lift driver had aisle blocked in needed on. He left his lift in the middle of the isle and disappeared. Asked for help at check out. No one there to help. I will be at Home Depot to finish my project.

    I had a wonderful customer experience at Lowe’s thanks to Felicia and Lakiyah! I placed a curbside pickup order for 25 bags of landscape rocks, and they made the entire process incredibly smooth. Both of them were super kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. It was a great experience overall, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work and positive attitudes. Thank you both for making what could have been a heavy-duty pickup so easy and pleasant!

    Overall, I'd give this store a 3 star review. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. Today was a different story. I went to pick up some stuff and there wasn't enough out in the isle. I went to pro service desk. The guy there was rude to me as soon as I walked up. I told him what I needed and he gave me an attitude and told me where it was. I told him there wasn't enough out there. I told him the 2 items I needed and how many I needed. He called someone and told them the 1st item I needed so I repeated the second item. He hung up and told me if I wanted anything else I could tell them. So instead of him taking a minute, I have to wait for them to come out with 1 thing and tell them I need 50 of something else and I get to wait. I just left and spent my $1800 somewhere that I didn't get an attitude.

    Not going back ever again. I DO NOT WORK FOR LOWES. I want a cashier and employees that actually want to work. Self checkout is a big NO for me. And you need to hire employees who act right. Bye lowes. Check my reviews. I don't give bad reviews unless well deserved .
