I went in last weekend to pick up a few things for a small project at home and the store had pretty much everything I needed in one place. The aisles were easy to find and most items were labeled clearly, which helped a lot. One of the employees pointed me toward the right screws when I was kinda confused, and that saved me some time. Prices seemed fair for what I got. Overall it was a good visit and I’d shop there agian when I need more supplies.

I had to go back and delete my five-star review because of Kenny. This guy does not need to be working customer service in your return department. Horrible attitude. He needs to be in the back picking up trash away from customers or collecting carts in the parking lot that are everywhere.

I have found the employees at this Lowes to be more helpful and courteous than others. We'll stocked and plenty of self-checkouts.
I don't recommend their install option. We ended up cancelling after the installer ghosted us after texting questions about the install, but the store handled the cancellation and return without issue.
5 stars because everyone has issues but for me its how issues are handled.

Ordered a garage door opener online as it was on sale. I picked to have the local store deliver it instead of the typical online order since I would get it same day and shipping was about two dollars. A couple hours later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled, no call. I use the online chat to figure out why it was cancelled and they said it was because it was out of stock. I asked them if they could just convert it to an online order and they said they could but then they tried to charge me the full amount instead of the $100 off sale. I go online to see and sure enough they cancelled my order and took the sale away and wouldn’t honor the original price I paid before they cancelled the order. That’s bad business and if no one fixes it I’ll definitely go elsewhere for my home needs.
