The aisles were easy to find and most items were labeled clearly, which helped a lot. One of the employees pointed me toward the right screws when I was kinda confused, and that saved me some time. Prices seemed fair for what I got. Overall it was a good visit and I’d shop there agian when I need more supplies.

I don't recommend their install option. We ended up cancelling after the installer ghosted us after texting questions about the install, but the store handled the cancellation and return without issue. 5 stars because everyone has issues but for me its how issues are handled.

I picked to have the local store deliver it instead of the typical online order since I would get it same day and shipping was about two dollars. A couple hours later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled, no call. I use the online chat to figure out why it was cancelled and they said it was because it was out of stock. I asked them if they could just convert it to an online order and they said they could but then they tried to charge me the full amount instead of the $100 off sale. I go online to see and sure enough they cancelled my order and took the sale away and wouldn’t honor the original price I paid before they cancelled the order. That’s bad business and if no one fixes it I’ll definitely go elsewhere for my home needs.
