  Great job all around. Started on the website to research options. Kate took it from there and closed the deal using her exceptional knowledge of your recliners. She is exactly the type of salesperson that every company wants representing their products. Very professional, personable, and knowledge, the tri-fecta.

  I went to La-Z-Boy to look at sofas and recliners to furnish our remodeled home that is in process. The experience exceeded my expectations thanks to Kate. She listened to my desires and showed me several options. A few days later my husband and I went back to the store together to narrow down our selections. Kate was so patient with us and helpful. She helped us select a recliner that suited my husband’s stature. She also helped us narrow down a sofa to fit both of us and a rug to complement our space. The product knowledge she shared with us was extensive including the warranty information, and it allowed us to make an informed decision on style and material. In addition, we took advantage of the design service available. Kate helped us select several options for colors that would complement our space. We wanted a sectional but wasn’t sure if it would complement our room size and shape, avoiding overcrowding and ensuring a balanced aesthetic. Nicole (interior designer) came out to our home and measured our space and we nailed down the exact colors/material, and a week later we went back in to the store to view the 3D rendering she developed. It was an amazing experience. It led us to select the furniture pieces and additional décor to fit our space. It gave us confidence that we selected pieces that are functional, minimalistic, cozy and stylish. The purchase/ordering process was smooth. The overall experience was fun and stress free. I highly recommend Kate and the design service interior designers. We could not have put together such a beautiful room without Kate and Nicole’s expertise. We are looking forward to getting our new furnishings.

  We were shopping for a new leather recliner and a sales lady promptly asked what we needed in the recliner and took us straight to the leather recliner for a tall man, electric for lumbar support and it is perfect for us. We even received a free gift of our choice! She made our shopping experience perfect!

  I love Lazy Boy furniture!! All our chairs and couches have been Lazy Boy and if it weren't for an aggressive cat scratching on my couch, we would probably have them forever!! So comfortable! All the people we have worked with at the showroom have been wonderful!! Prices are reasonable, especially considering how well

  DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any furniture company in my lifetime. We paid $5,816.41 for 2 electric recliners because we were told they didn't sell them from inventory, so we had to order them. We asked about any inventory chairs we could purchase and there was very little to if any electric ones that would be available for purchase, so we were forced to order. We were not given a copy of the paperwork we signed at the time of purchase, which is a legal requirement. We waited from August to the end of October for the chairs to be delivered. We were also told verbally by the sales associate, Vickie, that we could reject the product when it was delivered if it was not acceptable, however she never once said that they would keep our money no matter what and the only resolution would be to order another chair. Upon delivery we were not happy with the construction and told the company and even the warranty department. After it was apparent they would NOT make it right, we accepted one of the chairs but the other one could not be assembled by the delivery crew due to faulty construction, so we rejected it. We asked for our money back on the one chair that could not be assembled and they refused saying there were no refunds on special orders, which they force you to do. When we told them we didn't have a copy of that policy that should have been given to us at the time of ordering, they then emailed it to us which was the first time I had to slowly go through their ridiculous policy. They force you to take a product whether it is built well or not. They said they fixed the defective product, but we were no longer confident of their honesty with us because of things we heard in the marketplace about how they deal with customers. We found out that they sold that defective chair to someone else, but still kept our money. Recently, the chair we did have caught on fire for no reason. No one was sitting in the chair, it was not in the reclined position and it all of a sudden started smoking heavily. I ran to unplug it so it would not catch my house on fire and now we have a recliner that won't recline because we can no longer plug it in. We will be having a small infant in our home pretty soon and do not want to take a chance on having this ever happen again and we have found that this is a problem with some of their chairs and there was a recall about it which we were never informed about. They refuse to give us our money back and have had it for over one year while we have not ever had the second chair. We bought La-z-Boy chairs years ago and they lasted for over 20 years, but I will never purchase from them again because of how they do not stand behind their product and they do not inform you when you purchase a chair that you're stuck with it whether it is acceptable or not and they will keep you money even if you don't get a chair. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, but they are totally resistant to treating us the way any quality furniture company would.
