Set up delivery for this Friday. Got a phone call canceling my delivery. Turns out sofa is not even in the store yet. Very rude customer service informed she already spoke to my husband. I assured her I had right to call too so I could understand. I’m not sure how in today’s computer tracking everything that they are confused about the location of my sofa. I’m also not sure why they did not see their mistakes before they took the remainder of my balance. I was assured by the rude customer service person that they would look into what went wrong and get back with me. I’m waiting……
