What makes it exceptional is the on-site manager, Ms. Ray Reid. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ms. Reid remembers customers by name, offers practical storage advice, responds quickly to any concerns, and runs the place with warmth and efficiency. In an industry full of impersonal experiences, Ms. Reid makes you feel valued and well cared for. Highly recommend this location—especially because of her! 5 stars!

This location was completely disrespectful the entire time we were there. The "manager" (Ray) was so rude and disrespectful. It's almost like she was looking to start trouble. Out of all of the places I have ever done business with, this was by far the most disrespectful and unpleasant. Very disappointed with this location. We ended up having to get the police involved just to get our stuff. Ray was the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in all my years of business. Maybe she had an off day or something but I wouldn't advise anyone to use this facility.
