We decided we needed a storage unit on a whim due to increased house decor and our attic stairs getting sketchy (unsafe). I decided to find one on New Years Day thinking no way would it be ready right away but it was! I received my gate code and keys on the same day. Unit was clean and with their map they provided it was easy to find. Very impressed with how seamless this was. My only complaint is there are some “hidden fees”. You HAVE to obtain renters insurance (which no big deal) and if you don’t have it then you need to select their renter insurance in order to rent. You also must pay $20 for the lock, in addition to a one time set up fee. None of these were deal breakers but it was just semi disappointing to have $50 added to the cost at check out. I would have loved to see these fees listed somewhere on the site so it wasn’t a shock. The lock was only 1 time and the insurance can be removed if you show proof you have it by other means. Again, definitely not a deal breaker for us and the process was so easy. If they make the fees very transparent when looking for units BEFORE getting to check out then this would be a 5 star review! Overall VERY pleased so far!

I give four stars instead of 5 because of their fee schedule. It quadrupled in the 10 months of my rental. It started at $23/mo. (which I understood was a promotional rate), then to $42, and then to $88. I decided to move elsewhere after the last price hike.
