Was informed about the rate increase and how often they happen. I was also told that she would do her best to negotiate a different price if it became unmanageable. Nothing but good reviews from the few sites I’ve visited/called. Thank you very much.

I had to drag a molded couch and two molded mattresses out just so I can put my stuff in the unit I rented and then the next day they call me to go back and clean up the couch in the beds. It’s not right I shouldn’t have had to clean out my own storage unit to put my belongings in it. And yes, I did try to contact them, but it was on a Sunday and all the offices were closed I do not recommend renting a unit from these people. I will be moving my stuff once the month is up.
