    If I could give zero I would for the ladies in the front. They care NOTHING about their job. They are at the front sitting down watching TikTok and scrolling- when asked where something is- they just point down a random isle- not bothering to use the scanner they have in their hands- this isn’t the first time this has happened-probably time 6 or 7 I’m just getting to writing the review.- I’d be glad to discuss more if anyone cares enough to contact me. Or just go review your cameras and you’ll see exactly who I’m referencing - I also have arrived at 6am (when the store is supposed to be opened) and got the stink eye when I walked in due to one of them coming in behind me, parking front row- 7 minutes late- with a friend saying here’s your walkie— so clearly being clocked in before actual arrival… do better Lowe’s

    My first trip to this Lowe’s was so bad that I’d barely give them one star. I came in for paint and asked for assistance. The customer service person was not pleasant but did ask for assistance in paint. 10 minutes later, I again asked for assistance. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting in a fairly empty store with 2-3 employees chatting and no one willing to help, I left. I’m not blaming anyone in particular, but this type of service does not bode well for return visits.

    VERY VERY disappointed with the staff at this store. About a week ago an EMPLOYEE put her own FOOD into my infant son’s mouth. I had ABSOLUTELY NO knowledge of her doing this as I was trying to check my items out in the self checkout line. I hurried to get the Funyun out of my son’s mouth once I realized what was going on. He he has 2 teeth and could have choked. She then proceeds to harass me by begging me to let her feed my son a peanut butter cracker. I tell her he is allergic and why does she want to feed my baby food? She asked me THREE times to feed him and would not leave us alone. She also brought up politics and asked my father in law and I our thoughts on the president. Highly unprofessional in my opinion. I then go to the manager to tell her about the situation. She claimed she would pull the footage and let corporate know and they would be contacting me for a statement. I have yet to hear from them and have contacted the manager several times for an update and have received nothing. Moral of the story be on extreme high alert when you are in the store this lady employee came out of no where and shoved her nasty hands and food into my infant son’s mouth.

    Lowe's will not honor their extended warranties nor will they honor the manufacturers warranties on their equipment I bought a brand new what behind mower and it locked up the fifth time I used it I had the extended warranty plus it was less than a year old and had had less than three tanks of gas ran through it they tried to say it was a maintenance issue and they will not fix it or replace it it sucked the filter through the carburetor and locked up not my fault and even so I had paid for the extended warranty but they will not fix it or replace it
