I still haven’t gotten a delivery that I paid for and when I call, I get the runaround from them.. I just now got hung up on by customer service agent candy when I asked to speak to the manager.
Glen was the only helpful one but still haven’t gotten a call back from them either about our delivery.

If you are considering buying washer/dryer and having “Lowe’s” install them PLEASE consider other options! Lowe’s farms out all of their installations (as I’m sure most big box stores do) to 3rd party installers. We bought new washer/dryer set. Delivery people didn’t level either unit and didn’t install dryer on riser correctly. After two additional visits to correct problem I still had to pull out the dryer and climb over it to install the dryer vent correctly. 3rd party installers are very poorly trained!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
