They have always been excellent to me , yesterday 01/08/26 I purchased a dewalt miter saw stand the box was messed up I payed for it went home wasn't sure if it came with the material holders attached, went back today. Turns out it did come with them and they gave me what I needed. Not many big box stores take care of customers like Lowe's does. Thank goodness they are still old school great customer service 👍

Do not order from this store. I ordered a freezer over 5 weeks ago. It was delivered and quit working in about 48 hours ruining all of the meat I had put in it. I notified Lowe's and had to discuss with them to get them to pick it up. It was delivered (no way to pick it up). They picked it up almost 4 weeks ago and still do not have a refund. I called on the 12/11 about the refund and was told they would be refunded it then but no refund on the delivery charge! I'm STILL WAITING for the refund. So, if you want poor customer service and to lose your money along with groceries you also paid for, then go ahead and order from them! The photo is after I cleaned out the freezer and had it ready for pickup.

Ordered curbside pickup for a toolbox for my little boys Christmas. Came to pick it up and when I got there it Didn't work. Went in and talked to the lady who was extremely rude. I had to load up a big toolbox all by my self because it would have been "20 min" to get someone to help me lift it. All in all pretty low down, rude, and lazy staff. Well go to home depot from now on.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE ONLINE!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered 16 rolls of insulation and payed extra for delivery on 12/01/2025. It was scheduled for delivery on 12/02/2025. I received an email stating it was delivered and a pic for proof of delivery. The pic was not of my location. I called and was directed to someone in Recieving.
Told them the situation. Was told they would check into it and call me back shortly. Never heard back. Called again this morning at 9:30am. Told them the situation AGAIN. They said they would call me back by noon today. Never heard back AGAIN!!! Called them again at 3:30pm. I was told everyone had went home and they would have to get my name and # so they could call me back tomorrow. The lady said I would need to talk to Ladonna. I informed her that I thought Ladonna was the one who said they would call me back yesterday. I was told Ladonna had her own stuff going on and was probably busy. I plan to take the rest of my business to Home Depot. I am willing to bet I will NOT hear from them tomorrow either!!
