My husband was shopping and was using my Lowes card that his name is added to but the Lowes employee would not let him buy anything without me being with him. We will now only use Home Depot. This is at the Guntersville, AL location. After writing the review, you can see below I was asked to call the number To hopefully get our business back. But the associate on the call had no clue and was no help at all.

Let me make this very clear, this review is specifically for the employee Tangie, not Lowe’s as a company, because I’ve had more frustrating experiences there than I can count. That said, Tangie was absolutely incredible. My wife and I were shopping for a new kitchen set, and she made the entire process so much easier. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. From helping us narrow down the right brand and color to getting everything set up for delivery, she stayed on top of every detail and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. She handled everything with such a great attitude, even while we were going back and forth trying to decide. On top of that, she somehow managed to help keep our very impatient 3 year old entertained and laughing the whole time, which made a huge difference for us. Tangie went above and beyond in every way, and she is the kind of employee that keeps people coming back. Ten out of ten stars for her!

Came here 3 times/days for a carpet they said they had in stock but didn’t have it unloaded from the truck and we had to wait 30 plus minutes just to get someone to help and they would say they had someone coming but had to ask multiple times for help. Overall bad customer service.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
