    I went in an ordered lumber an it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday didn't show up so call an reschedule for Friday it is now 7:50pm on Friday I have called the store 10 times an they keep hanging up on me I have ask to talk to a manager every time an they just hang up so.i will be calling the district manager and talking to him about this the employee an manger at the Gadsden store are very rude and disrespectful

    The customer service department on the phone hung up on me. I just wanted a status of delivery but she wouldn’t or couldn’t answer that. The delivery was over due by 6 hours.

    Went to buy an exterior door and a storm door and some two by fours door knobs. We stayed over there by the doors like 30 minutes waiting on somebody to come help us. Then I called and got hung up on after I asked for a manager. Called Back was online for three minutes nobody answered.

    Two Bad Experiences in Just a Few Months I rarely write reviews, but I could not let my recent experiences with Lowe’s go undocumented. First, I want to be clear that this is not a reflection of the Lowe’s store in Gadsden, Alabama, or the great people who work there locally. My concerns relate specifically to Lowe’s online ordering and appliance delivery/installation services. In November 2025, I purchased a washing machine for my elderly mother, including delivery, installation, and removal of the old appliance. Lowe’s provided a four-hour delivery window. Surprisingly, we received a call saying the driver was arriving early. We informed them that we were already on our way to the house and would arrive shortly to unlock the door. My brother reached the house before I did and spoke with the driver, who refused to wait even ten minutes for me to arrive with the key to unlock the door. The driver stated they wanted to get home and told us we would have to reschedule — despite the fact that our scheduled delivery window had not even begun. Since I had already paid for installation and removal, this was frustrating. Ultimately, my brother instructed them to leave the appliance, and we arranged installation ourselves. They did return later to remove the old washer. Unfortunately, this week brought another disappointing experience. I purchased a dishwasher online for my mother, again paying for delivery, installation, and removal. The website indicated the appliance would be delivered on Friday. However, after following up when the item did not arrive, I was told that it was actually in a warehouse, not at the local store, and would not even arrive at the store until February 25 — only then would delivery be scheduled. Had I known the true timeline, I would not have made the purchase. The website’s delivery information appears to be inaccurate, which creates unnecessary inconvenience and confusion for customers. Unless I can't find another installer quickly, I will be canceling this order. Overall, my experiences with Lowe’s online ordering and delivery services have been extremely disappointing.
