He paid for delivery and scheduled it to come between 930 am and 130pm last Saturday. At 2pm he received a call from the rude delivery driver telling him it would be late and they had 1 delivery left in front of him.it finally arrived around 330. He had rearranged his entire day to accommodate the delivery window and dye to it being late missed other appointments. The delivery guys backed in when they arrived, didnt call or come to the door and simply unloaded the washer on the back of the driveway. Then proceeded to throw their dolly in the back of the truck and start cussing about not getting a tip. His 15 year old son went out and said the 2 guys reaked of weed! They did not bring it in the house as instructions daif they would do on purchase day. To add to this he is a 100% disabled Marine who has severe mobility issues. He and his son struggled to get tge washer in and set up for almost an hour!!! When he called customer service to complain the person he spoke with was rude and uncaring. DO BETTER LOWES!!!!!! Ive shopped with you for years but if this is how you allow veterans to be treated then Home Depot will be mu store of choice moving on!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
