We got all the necessary paperwork to correct this mistake. Went to the store stayed on the phone with Lowes Financial for an hour but we finally thought we had it corrected. NO! No one has called us today as they said they would. I am sitting here for 20 minutes listening to the phone ring at the store. No one is picking up. For 20 minutes!!!!! Some one should have come on and asked how to direct my call. So far I have only spoken to the AI that answers when you call.

Today December 12,2025 I went in to make what I thought would be a simple purchase. BOY WAS I WRONG.. I walked inside team members were busy talking to each other. I just wanted a dril and box of bits. Sounds easy BUF HECK NO. I was treated like a pile of 💩 on the floor. I couldn’t beg for assistance. Every team member I could find kept saying that’s not my department. I team member walked by and said he would be right back and did he help me . NO. He decided to assist a a lady that had just walked up. I gave hive him a few more minutes and still I was invisible. That was 45 minutes of my life wasted that I will not get back. I ENCOURAGE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT GOING THERD TO SHOP, rethink it. I’ve never been in a store that done everything possible not to make a sale. SHOP LOCAL GO DOWN THE ROAD TO ACE IN GARDENDALE. I walked in a they were busy but 3 team members greeted me and helped me with my purchase and saved time and money. Lowe’s should really be trained on customer service. My rating is 5 💩💩💩💩💩
