I’ve now been at Lowe’s over an hour trying to get a receipt for my purchase. The manager was and is rude and should have to attend customer service classes. Times are hard for everyone and if I spend my hard earned money in your establishment I should be treated with respect. Do better or find another job!!

I stopped in to grab a few items for a jobsite of mine. The staff was polite and I was able to get in and out quickly. There is some things out of place that should be tended to more often, especially in the plumbing fittings aisles.

I come to Lowes, I grab 6 plants for $7.98 each and I see they are $34.94, which seemed like too little to me, she calls the cashier assistant and gets mad, so I can tell her there are 6 and they are only charging me for 3. And if I hadn't told her, 3 would have been free and she still gets mad; the machine didn't price correctly, I was honest, I told her I took 6 and she gets mad, she already priced the other three and I paid $52.67, doesn't she want to work!!!???

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
