- JWJaime White1 day ago1.0Came in this afternoon to get a Blackstone griddle for my husband birthday. Leah was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Made me feel as if I were a child who didn't know what I wanted, then finally went to get the one I wanted from the back only to bring the wrong one. Took another 20 minutes to come back with correct one. But I decided not to buy it from this store. Went to Walmart and bought exactly what I wanted and got friendly service. Will not shop this particular store again. Leah definitely needs retrained on Customer service.

I spoke with customer service and they immediately began to correct the issue. The supervisor, Bryan Williams, actually drove to my home to deliver the correct item! His promptness, friendliness, and professionalism was greatly appreciated! Thank you Lowe’s and a special thank you to Bryan! This kind of service is what keeps me coming back to Lowe’s!

But my last visit turned that around, all because of a loader by the name of Nick. I'm a veteran and my legs don't cooperate like they used to. That day I was having a hard time just getting across the lot. Before I even reached the door Nick came on over and asked if I needed a hand. Once inside I told him what I was hunting for He looked it right up and walked me straight to it and didn't wave toward some aisle or rattle off a shelf number When I got to the checkout, Nick spotted me and came right over. Loaded everything into my truck and took the cart back too. I tried to put a few dollars in his hand because he earned it but he wouldn't hear of it

Unfortunately the manufacturer had not sent everything needed for this picture in any of the boxes. They were just wonderful about it and took the time to help me find something else.
