Unfortunately the manufacturer had not sent everything needed for this picture in any of the boxes. They were just wonderful about it and took the time to help me find something else.

My most recent visit here was for a sad duty to help my friend pick out some items to make a grave for his kid's dog that got killed by a car. We found some appropriate items but this Lowe's didn't have the prices clearly marked for some of the items and then they also didn't have any price stickers or bar code stickers on the items so we had to go all the way back out to the garden center area to get that data. Most Lowe's tend to have decent customer service and this location seems to have less than average customer service during the times I've visited here so some room for improvement. As a bonus this location is very near a Home Depot and close to several other hardware stores just in case you can't find exactly what you need there are multiple other nearby locations that might have it.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
