If they're pulling this right around the corner from the store, I couldn't even imagine how they're driving everywhere else. i called corporate thinking I would get the store but I ended up getting the customer service so that's why I'm posting this here because I want to make sure that this is known that was insane to be going about 60 mph in a 40 mph Zone coming into the middle turning lane to pass a car when you're not supposed to pass on that section of the road and then turn around and almost came into my lane. that's a problem

Samsung would not treat it as a warranty item, although we were outside the 30 day order period. I spoke with the assistant store manager Zack who understood the dilemma, and he handled things right away and scheduled a delivery to swap the dryer for a new one within 24 hours. He was professional, efficient and I am so incredibly thankful for him handling this and making sure we got a working dryer. Such a relief and customer service on this level is very rare these days anywhere. Thanks Lowe’s and Zack!!
