- DHDura HavenJun 27, 20211.0We bought a Strong spa there 6 years ago. After 3 years it needed a new pump. They came out and replaced the pump and the spa stared leaking. We couldn’t drain it completely without big time problems getting air out of the lines. We called several times for help but were told it’s pool season and they were too busy with pools. Then we tried Fix a Leak which requires the pumps to be on for 8 hours.. The pump they replaced failed after four hours. When I reached into the tub to remove a leaf I got a shock. I don’t recommend String or Shoals.
