Went in on a Saturday to buy a dishwasher. Guy says they have it. Then goes in the back and says they don’t but we can order it. Cool that’s fine we order it. I before we even leave the parking lot it says order ready. Well he said they don’t have it so I wait and try to call on Monday to see if it’s actually ready yet. And I waited on hold for an hour and a half and people kept answering, saying nothing, and putting me right back on hold. I’d love to take this up with the store but I reckon I’d be on hold for another hour or so. Don’t wanna spend $30 in diesel and drag my 2 babies there just for it to not be done. Or wait too long and it be put back. I probably won’t care about this tomorrow but currently. Angry

This location is consistently understaffed and getting help is always a long and frustrating experience. I just waited a full half hour at the cut station being told that someone would be right with me I ended up walking out without buying anything I keep giving this location second chances and they keep disappointing. It's been a problem for years, and it will not improve. Be warned that this is not a location you should use unless you know where everything is and will not require assistance.

I have always chosen Lowe’s over Home Depot, until recently. The customer service at the Florence location is atrocious. I feel like I’m an inconvenience when I visit. As much as I hate to swap my loyalty, I’m going to have to. I’d rather not go in to buy home improvement products and have people roll their eyes or tell me they can’t help me.
