First they lost my work order, the someone’s son was getting married, then my work order was out on the truck, then they lost it again. But they kept promising it would be out in a week. By this time it was September so I told them to just close it and come back the next year to do the work and was assured they could get it closed before a freeze. Mid October and cold weather, and no one had shown up yet. I finally called and canceled and found someone else who was out in a few days. By then I had lost the entire season, plus the pool was disgusting and now the liner now needs to be replaced due to maintenance issues. I should have gone to someone else sooner, but everyone was booked up so I hopped that since I had been on the list for so long I had to be “next”. Will not make the same mistake again.
