    Couldn't get any help inside the store. Asked three different employees for help to which they responded with "We'll get someone back there." Nobody came back to where we were. Probably stood around for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone. I will just go to Home Depot or Walmart for now on.

    So I know it’s close to Christmas, I get it ur busy so are every costumer you have in ur store. I will NOT be buying anything for this store ever again, all I needed was one piece of lumber cut an took them 45 minutes to do it, as they stood around talking… needed length cut, and the board split into three pieces of course I got the board split into three pieces, but never got the length cut will not ever buy anything from the store again. Lost a valuable customer. Did a lot of business with you guys but I guess Home Depot get my business

    Ordered appliances Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher. All LG matching kitchen on November 9th,2025. Set for delivery on November 22, 2025. As instructed all old appliances removed for November 22, 2025 delivery. It is now 3:19 pm and I find out that Lowes decided that I don't need my appliances now until November 24, 2025. We've been waiting all day for Lowes to drop the ball and inconvenience us as costumers completely. So now we get to eat out for 2 days, after my wife had planned a family gathering for November 23, 2025. Talked to everyone at Lowes and not one person can tell me why the changed my Delivery Date without notification. Pathetic way to treat your customers that keep your business running. If Lowes makes it right by taking responsibility for the intentional rejection to deliver our appliances. I will update my review. If Lowes just gives gigantic excuse and drama, I as well will update my review. Do better Lowes.

    I'm impressed with the customer service Ryan provided at customer service during my return. After a bad experience buying a house and the builder not committing to the changes until last minute then having the wrong size blinds because they didn't measure correctly Ryan made it possible for us to exchange them. Lowe's is always my go to but for now on I'll always go the extra mile to go to Lowe's over home depot just because of the service Ryan provided on a very busy hectic day.
