- CLCednequa LoweAug 18, 20221.0I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place whatsoever. I was told the technician was on their way and would be at my location within 15-20 minutes after 40 minutes I called back and got hung up on. I then called back for the third time and he told me that they're on their way again and to expect a phone call. Two minutes after I hung up the phone I did indeed receive a call from a woman who told me she was told to cancel the order because there was no techs available. I asked her why would they have me waiting just to cancel and she told me very disrespectfully that it wasn't her problem and that she doesn't care. Same your time and money and give it to som other business that would appreciate your business because they definitely don't and they will be reported to the business bureau immediately!
