- CDCathy Dawson4 days ago1.0This website is completely misleading - shows a Eufaula address and makes you think that they are LOCAL! Nope, turns out to be a clearinghouse type agency that finds yo i a locksmith service. I was told an exorbitant price and after complaining , was amazingly given a 10% discount (still overpriced in my opinion)! Then was told that the ETA was 30 minutes, so I agreed since I couldn’t have gotten a friend (though free) out here quicker. NO, the serviceman was coming from Phenix City and ETA was 1.5 - 2.5 hours! Too late to cancel due to already being dispatched (yet when I called to find out where he was coming from since it was going to take so long, he hadn’t even left yet!!! I’m furious and definitely wished I’d have just broken out my window!! Better yet, regret not getting 5 extra keys made after I locked them in the car last time. Hard lesson learned, but don’t be like Cathy!! My warning to you!
