Not service member friendly! If I could give zero stars I would. My wife walked in while holding our baby. Mind you, Im on a deployment on video call listening to everything. She then walks to customer service and ask for help with getting wood cut. They say get the wood yourself and someone will help you at the back. My wife still holding our baby just says okay thanks and walks to the sheets of plywood. She can't put our daughter down. So she was hoping the customer service could help her get one piece of plywood and cut it for our wedding. She then has to get help from some customers with the wood and come to find out when she walked to the saw. It was broken. She even called before coming and they said the saw was working. This is the third time she has gone here and they said it was broken. But today was the last time! Y'all are worse than McDonald's at this point with your machine maintenance. Ridiculous!

I am a military veteran and frequent shopper at Lowes. I placed a order for pick up for next day. I received message saying order was ready. Next day, I drove 30 min to location to find out that my order had been canceled and no one notifed me until I was there. Have to say, I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed
