Customer Service, "Princess," was great however in their (Synchrony) effort to prevent fraud, they lost a sale. I literally verified my identity 5 times between speaking directly with Synchrony as well as Customer Service at Lowes. The final straw was the request for a video of me holding my driver's license to be uploaded... after I've stood in front of their Customer Services, provided identifying information, provided my DL and presented a valid Lowe's card.... and still that wasn't enough. So, Home Depot for the sale. However, Princess did a great job with attempting to help me with making my purchase. Kudos to "Princess!"
