Needed to update the toilet in one of my bathrooms, so Lowe’s was my stop! Casey worked in that area and was the BIGGEST help that night! Kindness, courteous personality and amazing customer service ALWAYS wins in my book. Great job with this guy, Lowe’s! He worked night shift on Southside location and was just awesome!

I was in tonight with my elderly Mom trying to buy a 300 dollar toilet and have it installed. The young ladies in appliances call for someone for us twice and nobody ever came a young man walks by and I mentioned that we have been waiting he looks at us and keeps walking and never even says that he would be right with us. So we let the ladies know nobody ever came and the lady at the door. So we left to go to Home Depot to let them take our money since Lowes doesn't care about customer service.

Do not buy an appliance from them. Their guarantee is only for 2 days. I have bought a full kitchen in the past and am now ready to buy another but not from Lowes. A friend of mine bought a microwave from Lowes, he found upon installation it didn't work and it was over the 2 day mark. He had to go through the manufacturer. They came out twice but could not fix it It was a nightmare. He then bought one from Best Buy without trouble. Lowes policy on this is enough to put them out of business. That must be an example of some "genius" high up at Lowes making poor decisions. It looks like they care about themselves more than the customer. Update: Lowes reached out and expressed me to contact them about this, but what are they going doing to do? I don't want anything so a discount or possible gift card won't make anything right. Unless they do away with the two day return policy I will never return to lowes. I just bought a stove and it wasn't them that got my business. Having a two day policy looks like their products are not good and they want to possibly pawn off returns to the manufacturer. Poor business practice. I have been informing everyone I know to not buy appliances from Lowes. It needs to be a 30 day return policy and then the manufacturer warranty kicks in. The two day return policy could and should put them out of selling appliances. I don't know where they find executives of this caliber that make poor decisions such as Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden that are completely out of touch with the people. Business's that are successful grow and then sadly leave the things that made them great behind and then don't understand why they are failing. Some liberal colleges teach to keep changing things and come up with new fresh things. People generally do not like change and when they like something they always want it to be available to them. The ignorant modern way of business says that you just tell people what they want and not be concerned with what they think.
