The craft section (the whole point of the store) is so disorganized. Painting supplies are spread all over. Why not at least put signs up with aisle contents? When you find an employee they look at you with dread when you approach. Then nobody knows where anything is, I asked 3 different employees. It's hard to support local businesses when they make the shipping experience so unpleasant.
