Started with a customer who paid on time Oven went out and took 3 plus months for repairs and then they broke the stove at the store once it finally was in !! They offered me a replacement at same cost then they tried to change to me paying more So I finally said screw it turned in 2 of the 3 items we had cause I was over it So what did they do charge me for all 3 items after they picked up for weeks me having to call and fight this week after week Finally said I’m done and tell them cause pick up the items Mike laughed at me when I told him what day I was off like totally unprofessional They supposive come out to pick up claim the older lady said we move like no we in same place we have been for 5 years wouldn’t tell me the vehicles in driveway etc Yes I know they were at wrong house So I called next day and find out they scheduled a pickup without calling to see if we’d be home like who wants to waste gas and time apparently they do

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
