- JLjames laura6 days ago5.0I showed up Saturday evening dead on my feat. I have been buying bags of heavy sand and paver base and 60lb stone pavers. I needed more of all and I was starting to load more sand on my flet bed when a young man named Corbyn walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I must have looked pitiful. I said, " that would be great" He enlisted a friend named Jesse, who had helped me in the past, to assist and Corbyn and Jesse helped me pull and load about 800 lbs of stone and sand into my VW Atlas. Needless to say this is why I shop at Lowes. The people help in whatever way they can! Thank you Corbyn and Jesse!

- PLPhilip LloydApr 27, 20261.0Tried replacing two smoke/carbon monoxide alarms and asked the person in store if the one type I was buying was compatible with the brand I had. The one I have is hard wired and has a three prong attachment that fits into the base of the alarm. The packaging did not allow me to see the back of the alarm I was buying. Was told with all certainty that absolutely would fit okay. Came home, opened the packaging and found out it will not fit my existing ceiling fixture nor does it have the place I can just plug it into the base of the new unit. Why do I even bother with this store anymore? Blatantly lies and very poor service.

Even though I bought the same brand and color, it did not match at all. I returned the paint and Tyler who works in the paint dept. took care of me. He was patient and listened to everything I had to say. He even watched the video I made at home to show the evidence. He spoke with the manager and I was given a refund. This Lowes went above and beyond to please the customer. I would recommend Tyler in the paint dept and the manager for listening and caring!
