She needs customer service training. She’s quick to get mad and just talks over what the customer wants and questions. Was asked to speak to someone else that would listen to our needs, instead she responds, Im the manager, Im the boss over here! Who does this? I’ve never met anyone like this! Just rude and poor customer service!!! 1 star is too much!!!
