Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine smiles and people who actually want to help. Today I needed help finding a specific size of galvanized pipe fittings for a barn project, and before I could even finish asking, Miss Debbie (pro desk) was already walking me straight to it, then grabbed a young man named Tyler from plumbing who spent 20 minutes helping me piece together exactly what I needed and even suggested a better (cheaper!) alternative that worked perfectly. The store is always clean, aisles are wide and uncluttered, and they actually have stock! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven to other stores only to find empty shelves; Cullman rarely lets me down. The garden center ladies are just as awesome; they’ll load 20 bags of mulch in my truck like it’s nothing and still take time to ask about my flower recommendations. Every employee I’ve dealt with here acts like they actually like their job and care if you get what you need. That kind of consistent great service is rare these days. If you live in Cullman, Hanceville, Good Hope, or anywhere nearby, this is THE Lowe’s to go to. I’ll happily drive the extra miles just to shop here. She passed away in October we ordered the doors in July kept getting put off kept getting put off waiting on doors or trim. They called today and said it was ready. Then they called back 30 minutes later it said we didn't pay for one of the doors we took the contract up there and they said that since she passed away they did not have to honor the contract and we wasn't getting the money back. We took it to a lawyer and we will never use Lowe's in Cullman again. Also the assistant manager wasn't helpful at all and was extremely rude. People like him should not be in management positions. Just a warning for other people wanting to use Lowe's.

- TBTerra BeasleyOct 22, 20251.00 STARS! STOP! TURN THE CAR AROUND & GO TO ACE, HARBOR FRIEGHT, TRACTOR SUPPLY OR MARVINS. This lowes has the worlds worst customer service ever! The last three trips I have left empty handed after waiting 20-30 minutes on an employee after multiple times of having an associate paged. Today I waited 25 mins on isle 13 after the cashier paged associates twice! Still Noone showed up even though there were literally employees everywhere standing around on their phones. I dont know why I keep coming back to this store thinking that it will be different. Just take my advice & go elsewhere because this lowes will waste your time. Lowes your employees should be trained to assist customers since they clearly are not.
