  The manager here is extremely rude. She is unreasonable. She lacks people skills. She definitely does not need to have a lead customer service position. She tacks on unnecessary fees and makes it very difficult to pay any less than 2x your unit price plus. Even if you’ve paid a ridiculous amount of extra fees already. She will barter with some people on payment but not all. There is no one above her to reach out too. So what she says is what it is and if she don’t like you, your screwed. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. If I could get my things out of here I would in a heartbeat, but because of the insaine amount of fees, I will end up loosing my things to this company.

  mark is the greatest he made movin in a unit and my questions about the size of the unit easily answered ! & I told him my worries about my and he even told me about the lots they have for rent for car storage which again made me at ease ! Thank you mark

  This is a good place to get a unit great customer service clean environment friendly and if you have a problem or anything they are very understanding and will do what they can to help out in any kind of way I used to come here years ago and everything is still the same nothing changed and I just recently had to come back keep up the good work and I appreciate you all 🥰🥰
