- MCMarion CainMar 4, 20251.0HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE LEATHER IS SECOND CLASS AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR 6 MONTHS FOR BASIC SEAT CUSHIONS. RESTORATION HARDWARE IS NOT THE BRAND THEY USED TO BE.

They were unwilling to replace a defective rug (they deemed it defective) and discount another rug we were willing to buy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
