Brooke, who is one of their in store designers, was pleasant and helpful. She approached me right when I got into the store to offer assistance. She showed me and told me all about the options for changing the fabric and leather. She provided a suggestion that I would never have thought of myself, and I love the ideas. She provided me with sample fabrics to take home. All of the various options are nicely displayed in the store and large tables to work out design ideas. I was throughly impressed with the assistance and all the options that RH has to offer. I will be purchasing the bed she c helped me design, and I plan to review their website for complimentary prices. I would definitely recommend it.

They were unwilling to replace a defective rug (they deemed it defective) and discount another rug we were willing to buy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
