I'm 61,5 feet 2, I went to Trussville Al Lowes to buy flowers. While trying to decide what flowers I wanted I was approached by a Lady who says ( Watcha got there ?) She got close enough
that I could tell you what she had for lunch. Either she was crazy or she was loss and prevention . I'm sorry we live in a world where stores have to hire loss and prevention but at least train them properly...I thought I was being mugged...

My mom was needing some paint. They were understaffed tonight and my (older) mom was tired and being slightly impatient. An employee named Scott stopped what he was doing and came and helped us in the paint dept with no questions asked as soon as he overheard us discussing it with each other. He was very kind and patient with my mom and made sure she was happy with her paint and answered all her questions!

Customer service is very poor and so is management. They are dry and dismissive and want to pretend like the customer is the problem. Just offer good customer service as you should Lowe's. I had a large double door delivered and unfortunately the door does not fit. Whole customer service desk slow made me go through all that just to pick up an order I showed my barcode and customer name. What do you need my ID for if I’m not the customer I’m picking up for the customer I never had this issue out of any lowes I ever came to pick up orders from.. never coming back here the person assisting me was so slow not only did you irritate me you embarrassed me over a ID You didn’t even need. Wasted my gas and time .
