TODAY I WAS CHECKING OUT THROUGH THE GARDEN CENTER. I WANT TO THANK THE EMPLOYEES AT CHECK OUT. THEY HELPED THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME COMPLETE HER PURCHASE. Buyer beware: you pay for delivery and set up, you also pay for haul away of old appliance. Delivery gets here and magically they cannot get old fridge out of the house! We tore old fridge apart and forced them to remove it. They leave new fridge on porch because they can’t get it in the house! 2 men cannot do the job that my son is doing ALONE as we are handicapped! Let’s go a bit further back, bought expensive washer and dryer from Lowe’s. Took 4 deliveries to get washer here as they were damaged with one falling off the truck! Lowe’s extended warranty on a fridge doesn’t cover compressor on a 13 month old fridge that they sold stating Lowe’s would repair or replace when it was purchased. Yes they left my new fridge on front porch saying it wouldn’t fit when 2 people carried my old fridge out in the house. I WONT buy from Lowe’s again going forward if this is what they see as acceptable. 3 times of being burned by Lowe’s. Oh not to mention it took forever for me to even get someone to wait on me!
