I've always preferred this store, but a couple weeks ago they just left my order out in the rain, then the associates swapped the damaged items out with the wrong items, necessitating another return trip, and a chat with management.
Then today they have a robot going around doing inventory that moves at about 0.00005mph and was just in the way midday on a Saturday in the garden department during the growing season.
Also today, nobody to help with flooring.
It feels like they're just ruthlessly cost-cutting at the expense of customer experience.

This lowes is trash with their terrible customer service!!! Bought some stain today to finish my porch because I ran out yesterday, the jug was 3/4 full from the jump! Stirred it up and put a coat on my steps and handrails and started noticing as it was drying that it was a weird light color instead of dark walnut then it started turning milky looking and never dried after 3 hours.... it didn't match the porch I literally did 24 hours ago, took it to trussville lowes with the reciet showing I bought it today!!!! Their ghetto customer service wouldn't let me get another can and said it was half used, well no crap it's half used i put it on my porch before noticing yall sold me a bad batch or returned product that was watered down I dont know!!! Asked to speak with the manager she told me he was busy with a customer he couldn't talk to me!! I have spent $2000 at lowes in the last 3 weeks they won't get another penny from this guy i will spend my money at home depot and they support ice so I would rather my money go to the pro American store!!!! This place sucks might as well call it hood lowes!

Spent alot of time looking for stuff that wasn't next to similar things. Noone wanted to help me but they were very busy bunched up talking to one another. FYI, nails for nail guns are not near the nail guns or air compressors or their accessories. They are several aisles over. And not on the aisle of nails, but on the next one over at the end. For some reason. Saved you 2987 steps.
