They supposed to send someone a few days later to get it fixed, we brought our own electrician who redid the wiring, they had all the wires incorrectly placed. When I called asking for a replacement duct - they kept putting me on hold for long periods of time in the hopes that I would hang up- then answered stating they would ask a supervisor - put me on another long hold. Terrible terrible customer service. Read the rest of the reviews - it seems to be a recurring issue with their customer service. It seems that the response is to call the customer service phone number - I did and they directed me to call their delivery company. I see that someone responded to my review asking me to call customer service number. I’ve already done that and describe my experience above.
