We had many questions and through the chat on the website we were connected with someone who was able to answer all of our questions no matter what it was. Shipping was very fast... actually almost too fast since we had to move out the old furniture! Set up was straight forward, but I would recommend having someone to help you as sometimes we needed two sets of hands. Our only complaint was with the delivery which was a FedEx issue, not a LoveSac issue. They delivered to our garage doors instead of the front porch. We had to carry 25 boxes from the far side of our house to the front door so we could get them in the living room. Again, a FedEx issue not LoveSac.
