Now I had a very disappointing experience with the lady working in the fabric department. There is a sign that clearly instructs customers to ring the bell for assistance, which we did. Instead of responding professionally, she rolled her eyes at us, making it immediately clear that our request for help was an inconvenience to her. After that, she proceeded to ignore us for over four minutes, despite knowing we were waiting. When she finally acknowledged us, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. She acted as though she did not want to help at all and made no effort to provide basic customer service. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a department where customers often need assistance. I expect better treatment when simply following store instructions to get help.
