They have added an app that allows digital access to the building so no more forgetting codes. Lastly, when it came to moving out the manager John was very friendly and helpful with the move out process. Would definitely use this facility again.

When I first moved in, it rained for several days and water leaked inside my unit. I was told there were no other units available in the same size, so they gave me a larger one as an accommodation. The representative assured me that since it wasn’t my fault, she would adjust the price to match my original rate, and she did. Over time, the price went from a little over $90 to nearly $200. When I called to ask why, I was told a letter had been mailed notifying me of a rate increase. Even if the pricing did increase, it should have reflected the increase for the SMALLER unit that I originally chose. I was placed in that larger unit because of their issue, not because I requested it. I have since moved out completely and I am so grateful to no longer have any dealings with them. If you decide to use their service, my advice is to ask them directly, “When will my price go up?” They only send rate increase notices through the mail, yet for everything else, they will "conveniently" email you.

He took the time to explain everything about the process and the facility in detail, which made getting started really easy. This is only my second day with them, so I’m giving a five star rating for now and will update this review as the year progresses. My honest feedback, the entire facility feels very secure, which I appreciate, but if you’re going in and out frequently, it can get a bit tiring entering your code or using the app each time to access the lobby doors and elevators. The mobile app itself could use a little improvement, as the icons and logos seem to move around, making it tricky to tap the right option sometimes. The facility and the outside grounds are very clean. Overall, though, the staff has been wonderful. John and another young lady staffer have both been very helpful and professional. So far, my experience has been great!
