They were great at move-in, but after 6 months, they increased the rent from $60/mo to $104/mo. All of my billing is done paperless, but I didn't get an email about it. They say they sent a written notice to my house, but I didn't see it. If you're going to stay longer than 6 months, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.
