When I contacted them about the issue, I was told it was due to “dynamic pricing.” And that the only notification of increase they send is.. get this.. through the MAIL! I rented my unit online, pay online, everything has been done through the app. So why in the world would a physical letter sent to my home be the only form of communication to increase the rent. I get the price going up, understandable. But to more than DOUBLE all at once and only notifying someone through mail, is absolutely unethical. Find somewhere else to store your items, as soon as my term is up I will be relocating my items.
