This issues is Lowe’s keep sending installation workers to my house and they keep advising me this. My question is why was it even an option? I should have been advised this when I purchased . The driver also took my stove to someone else house . I was also charged a haul away (which I didn’t asked for) horrible experience…just sitting here with a random stove in the kitchen and they still giving me the run around .
