Second time in a row doors claim open at 6am but apparently Lowes Bessemer is on a different timezone. Doors still locked at 6:10 with pics to prove. 32 cars in parking lot someone inside knows what time it is. They just stare at you. This regional fire alarm company tech will be heading to Home Depot

I was in this store longer than I should have been looking for things that should have been in certain departments but was elsewhere... Also they didn't even have some items that I thought they should have...i e...I asked where the small tankless hot water heaters were and the person over that department told me that I would have to order it online,,, that he didn't even stock any small ones.. other than that the store was fine

This store is horrible we purchased flooring and pick up later and they sold some of the flooring we purchased. The assistant Amir wasn't helpful at all she pushed us off showing that she didn't want to help. To make matters worst someone else was upset due to her lack of help, attitude and chewing gum 😒
