- BBBerit5 days ago1.0Good grief, do not use Lowes EVER, especially the one in Athens, AL. Horrible customer service. When calling for order status the AI just keeps running you around in circles. When you finally get a human, they hang up on you.
- KDKasi Deol6 days ago1.0I have always been a Lowe’s person. That’s where I go for all of my needs. I will continue to do so, but not at this location. I did an online order twice, and both times they delivered to the billing address instead of the delivery address. I called and made a claim. Was told someone would reach out within 48 hours. I heard nothing. Finally I just went to return it. They couldn’t find the order number to return it. They also couldn’t figure out how to do a store credit. I also had two hungry people toddlers and we were easily there 30 minutes trying to get it figured out. The whole time they were acting as if I was the problem. The two ladies had attitudes the whole entire time. When they finally finished giving me a gift card they told me I had to go elsewhere to check out because other people were waiting. BTW, none of this was my fault and I was polite and patient. I will never go back to this Lowe’s again.

- MBMark BApr 4, 20261.0The Lowe's in Athens is nearly useless. They can't organize stuff well and won't restock when something is displayed for sale but empty. The 2 times I have gone to purchase some wood and have it cut, the saw is not working. Pretty sure that's like the ice cream machine at the McDonalds. It's down when they don't want to do anything.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
