  Andrew in flooring was super helpful with pointing me in the right direction of which floors to buy. I had a fairly large order and he pulled everything together very quickly and got me loaded and on the road. My Pergo floors look amazing…Thanks again!

  Don't use Lowes period. I've never liked them as much as other suppliers, but frankly, they are closer and were more convenient. No more. We purchased a dishwasher, installed from them before Christmas, partially because of the rebate they offered. The store salesman told me to be sure to record the serial number of the dishwasher before it was installed. I did, and submitted all of the required rebate information to the Rebate Center. It was promptly rejected without providing a reason why. I resubmitted two additional times. The instructions on the rebsummision asked if I had previously submitted one or more times, indicating to me that there were ongoing problems with this. On the third try, Lowes sent me an electronic rebate card. I used a portion of it with no problem, but today, when trying to use the balance, I was unable to. I had alleged assistance from a store employee and the store manager. I could tell from the store manager's facial expressions that he had this problem many times before which when I pointed this out, he didn't deny. He said he had been at Lowes for a decade and had never had the authority to resolve rebate issues. I should have questioned him as to why he would stay in place with purposely cheating their customers. He essentially invited me to take my business elsewhere, which I'm happy to do. Customer service numbers were no help. Asking for a manager who had the authority to deal with these issues was no help. I'll just go somewhere else and I advise anyone else to the same. This was purposeful deceit, in my opinion. You think that a store would want the rebate process to be pleasant, to encourage already had fought for customers to be to make additional purchases. However, in my opinion, Lowes has been able to successfully wear me out and cheat on their rebates. They won this one, but I'll go somewhere else. Beware. As requested by Lowes, I contacted their alleged customer service number. After re explaining the issue, I was transferred to the Rebate Department. The person who answered that call started out with, "Our we going to have a problem today?" I said probably, because I've been dealing with all part of Lowes for quite awhile with this issue. I was told that the issue is with the credit card company and I would need to contact them. The next number they gave me was the same one I originally called from the store and that automated number didn't have an option to speak with a live representative. After spending 23:14 on the phone, I was told someone else is going to have to call me back. I said, that I knew the working level staff at Lowes wouldn't be able to help me. I encouraged the Lowes rebate representative that she might want to be a little more understanding of customers who are having trouble with Lowes and not start their conversations with a confrontation.

  We live west of Decatur and are building a house. We are using the Lowes Pro card to get our stuff from Decatur Lowes. The problem is our Doors and refrigerator are in Athens Lowes for some reason. They have scheduled and canceled delivery 2 times now with us waiting at the property west of Decatur and no one shows up. No notification of cancelation. Nothing. Decatur Lowes didn't even know why Athens store was doing this. Totally unprofessional!! Decatur Lowes is awesome. Emily S. in Athens is a problem. Delays are ok, just let someone know. This is why people go to Home Depot.

  Stopped in to see if they had any "space heaters" in front of the coming storm. Was surprised they didn't have any "propane" or alternative "space heaters"! May I ask a logical question? How do I heat my "space" if there's no electricity? WHY should I HAVE to go to Amazon or online PERIOD during the "colder" months? This is Northern Alabama. We are prone to power outages. You would THINK the "managers" in the area would have this in mind and have at least SOME alternatives to electrical available??? Just my humble opinion. Other than that, this is a good Lowes!
