Ordered 5,000$ worth of items for a home renovation including appliances and ceiling fans on top of the hundreds I have spent in supplies and paint outside of the order I placed online. Lowes would pull the money from my account and then a few hours later refund it. Items on the app would say delayed and then say payment failed. After two days of this not one single Lowe's employee could tell me why or what was happening. This was after the toad at the customer service desk gave me a glazed over stare and told me she couldnt do anything for me. The assistant manager then was refusing to come to the counter after I requested a manager, I could hear him telling the associate he didn't want to come deal with us.... he then took my number and said he would get back with me....3 days later he has yet to reach back out. I had a plumber on retainer waiting for these items to complete the job I paid him 5,000$ for on top of the 5,000$ I just tried to spend at Lowe's.. So 10,000$ dollars later I still don't have my items and have had to reschedule my plumber twice. I will now and forever be a home Depot customer and will tell any person who is willing to listen about the horrid experience I have had with Lowe's.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
