- MDMary Dahlberg4 days ago1.0I have attempted on several occasions to speak with a manager or supervisor and have NOT received a call back!! I had a horrible experience there and I want to bring it to their attention and at a minimum get an apology!! Day 3 and still no call back!! I will continue to post reviews u til I speak with someone at Lowe’s and explain my frustration with the customer service!!

He ( Mike) was supposedly busy and couldn’t come to the phone. I left all my information and requested a call back, NO Response!! NOT a good way to follow up with a customer!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow!! Called corporate and had to leave a message, unable to speak with a manager regarding the event! HORRIBLE Customer service!!!!
- MDMary Dahlberg6 days ago1.0Just had the worst experience at Lowe’s! I literally left their store in tears, treated awful by the staff! I left over 700 dollars and walked at, after their employees made a mistake and then tried to blame it on me! The employee Renee from garden center tried to explain to the manager what happened but he didn’t care and didn’t listen to my side of it! We have been shopping there for over 15 years and I won’t step foot in there ever again!!!! Home depot customer service 10/10 and prices were a lot cheaper!!!

They were quick and efficient and noticed the new fridges door was on the wrong side and switched it for me, no problem. They were professional and I would recommend them to deliver all of your appliances!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
