    I placed an order online for a much needed snowblower I know is in stock, I was there today for furnace parts.I needed to come back to pick it up with a vehicle that can move it. They cancelled my order an hour later. $1500 order paid for in full and it was cancelled. Resellers keep buying all of them and I won't by from a reseller. I will spend more money at a competitor if it is cancelled again. If the order is paid for in full you can hold it for at least 24hours. Luck for Lowe's there team members are more willing to help. They got me set up for a pickup in the morning it the Lowe's system cancels my order again. A very nice lady running customer service is trying to help the people this is happening to.

    I strongly recommend against using Lowe’s delivery. I purchased a snowblower online that arrived covered in rust, including inside the fuel tank neck—clearly a unit that had been sitting outside for a long time. To be clear, I’ve often had very pleasant and helpful experiences with Lowe’s floor team members when shopping in-store. This issue has not been with those employees, but with delivery and store management. I arranged a return via Lowe’s delivery, but after the pickup on January 9, the Fairbanks store lost the snowblower somewhere within their own location. Since then, in-store management has shown little urgency and has provided almost no communication. Reaching the store by phone has also been a recurring problem—you frequently call and the line goes completely silent (no ringing, no greeting), even though your phone shows the call as connected. After getting nowhere locally, I escalated the matter to Lowe’s corporate customer service. Corporate has now assured me on two separate occasions that I would hear from someone at the Fairbanks store “within 24 hours,” and I have yet to receive a single callback. As of February 6, I still have no resolution and have yet to received a single update from either the store or corporate.

    RexAnn is one of the best Fairbanks Lowe's employees. I'm very thankful she is part of the Pro service department. She is always busy but that is because everyone wants her expertise. She will review your project supplies with you and verify if it's what you really want or need and I am thankful for that as I've made mistakes on my order and she caught it. She has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to help you get your job done. I sincerely appreciate her willingness to assist to the best of her ability and to the extent allowed. She cares about her customers and it shows. I know when I need some thing done, RexAnn is my go to!
