    I came in this afternoon and made an appliance purchase. Lori helped me and my family out today and her customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I will be sharing with everyone how amazing Lori is! She was so helpful kind and exceeded every expectation I had and then some! Thank you Lori for being so amazing tonight!

    Went to the Black Friday sale, which I have been to many of stores before they open here in Fairbanks Alaska. Just standing in the cold up to an hour before they open. Standing and shivering, just waiting. Not at Lowe’s in Fairbanks, Alaska they Opened the doors at 5am and allowed people to stand inside and be warm, they also verified their Lowe’s account and handed out numbered cards for the first 50 members. They were dressed in festive costumes and had great spirits. I was lucky and got one of the buckets and it was worth waiting for. Their deals were great too, got the two dewalt power tools and battery combination with charger. I had a good experience I went to buy 3 major appliances, and the costumer service rep was amazing. She told me how to fix one of my own items on my own, she told one would be a special order since it was a downdraft range oven and lastly she sold me a great fridge with delivery. I love their military discount too.

    The appliance sale lady was nice enough, but the delivery people are awful. They delivered a refrigerator to my home and when they put the doors and things on, they stripped out hardware, forget to install pieces, left parts out and installed things crooked. They take pictures of the damage they caused in your home and say they'll take care of it, but you never hear from anyone. Lowes says it's not their fault, but the delivery contractor. I see all the responses - they're just words and meaningless! Why not FIX THE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR STORE!

    Wouldn’t have given a star if it was an option. We were in the kitchen section, looking at countertops, talking about them and obviously interested. Staff were there serving other customers. Understandable, no problems at all. But there are problems when the staff member does become free, looks over to see us waiting for service right by the computer, turns the computer off and then meanders away to have a nice chat with other staff who are also standing around . Must be a nice Saturday for them. Do remind me to seek employment at this store where that’s clearly an option for staff. Basic customer service says that if you see someone waiting, obviously interested in getting some service, or even scratch that, if someone is wandering in your department, you don’t just close up and walk away. I’d even understand if staff needed a break and HAD to walk away, but once we were not served and then turned the corner to find the same staff member leaning over appliances to talk to her friends, you can understand our frustration. So, Lowe’s missed out on our order for granite countertops, we’ll try elsewhere.

    I recently went to pickup a couple work supplies from the pick up desk. Customer service blew me away. My order was all together and didn’t have to hassle about the wait! Nadarris was a very helpful asset to making sure my order was fulfilled. Such an awesome worker! Thank you guys.
