- SBSamuel BuntingDec 28, 20251.0Called these guys at 7:52PM for assistance on getting into my car due to my keys being locked in while it was running. I submitted my payment and waited 5 hours and no one ever showed all while never receiving another update on the process of my dispatch request. These guys will take your payment and not send anyone to assist you. They also will say that they no longer have a dispatch request from you in their system so you can’t get a receipt from them to submit reimbursement to your insurance. I was finally able to get assistance from another company called Zach’s Towing and was able to get back in my car due to their support and phenomenal service. Do not call KeyMe Locksmiths. They will not help you. The reviews that are positive are all lies. I also originally thought the price wasn’t bad but given the no assistance it’s definitely not worth it and overpriced.
