Eric portrays a nice attitude in the google review responses but his communication and lack of customer service skills spoke volumes to my family, and I. Eric, if you’re reading this. Take the time to show up for your customers at agreed upon times, and work on how you communicate. At no point should you answer a work phone as if it’s a prank call or scammer, and you had done it to me multiple times. I would give zero stars if I could. I had a disappointing experience with Eric regarding stump grinding services. He initially came to my house to discuss the job and provided a date that worked for us. After confirming the appointment with him, he never showed up. Additionally, his communication as a business owner was unprofessional. Many people in our area are military and might have different area codes. When I called him, he often answered as if it were a telemarketing call, rather than greeting me professionally. When I reached out to discuss why he missed our appointment, Eric admitted he forgot to pencil me in after I confirmed the date. I asked how he planned to rectify the situation, and he said he was only available on the following Tuesday. This is not a good practice for workmanship or customer service, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
