  Pied Piper did a home inspection for me that was incredibly detailed and thorough. They patiently answered all of my questions and explained my options. From the first phone call to the in-person meeting, the Pied Piper folks were courteous, professional and extremely helpful!

  I was sitting at my computer this past Friday morning at around 4, when out of the corner of my eye I thought I saw some movement in the kitchen. As I turned to look, I saw a mouse run out from under the stove and run under the dishwasher right next to it. I've lived in this apartment for over 15 years and never had any problems like that before. Later that morning it ran through my living room and into my bedroom. The apartment maintenance man stopped by to drop off a key. I told him about the mouse, so he had their pest control guy come by later that afternoon. He placed a sticky sheet under the stove in the back. All weekend while at work I'd been agonizing about opening the stove drawer and checking to see if the mouse was caught and dead. Everyone that knows me knows I don't like to see mice alive, dead, or any way at all. In addition to that, I have bad knees and I knew if it was dead, I would not be able to easily climb under the stove to grab the sticky sheet and dispose of it. Monday morning when I woke up, I opened the oven drawer and saw the dead mouse under there in the back. I called Pied Piper Pest Control as I've seen their commercials several times on TV. I talked to Megan there, and explained as best I could the situation. She was very friendly and said she'd have one of their guys over here within 20 minutes to take care of it. Arthur arrived (just like Megan said) within 20 minutes, he reached under the stove and quickly took care of the situation. My goodness, I could finally breathe a sigh of relief. And if that wasn't awesome enough, they did it free of charge. I'm so grateful to them for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone with a rodent problem. I hope I never need their service again, but if I do, I will most definitely give them a call.
