    I was in the Tikahtnu Lowe’s in search of the viral mini buckets and I could not find any. I went and was able to find the sweetest worker if I’m correct, his name was Ricky. He had a bucket he personal was gifted and decided to give his own bucket up so I could have one. Receiving this kindness I had the biggest smile on my face and I couldn’t say thank you enough. I had to leave an amazing review because of his kindness and I hope Lowe’s recognizes him for it!

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Lowe’s and their partnered contractor, Flow Star Plumbing. I already have an AO Smith water heater installed. It works sometimes and then stops working on other days. I decided to replace it with the exact same model, which Lowe’s sells for $869. This was a simple swap, not a new installation. I asked Lowe’s if they had someone who could replace it. They said yes and had me fill out a request form. A full week passed with no call. I went back to the store and filled out another request. After four more days, someone finally called and asked if I was available the next day for a free estimate. I confirmed and clearly explained this was only a swap, and I even stated upfront that I expected something reasonable — around $400. I also mentioned that I am a veteran and have a Lowe’s credit card. The next day, someone showed up for less than 10 minutes, then left, saying they would call me with an estimate. Later, they came back briefly asking for pictures, which I provided. After two more days, I called to check the status. I spoke with someone named Steve, who told me — very plainly — that I was not a priority, even though at that point I had been waiting almost two weeks without hot water. I stayed calm and simply said to call me when they were ready. The next day, I finally received the estimate. $5,839.17 For swapping a water heater. That number is shocking, unreasonable, and honestly insulting. This was not a complex job. This was not a full system replacement. This was not a remodel. This was a basic swap of the same unit. As of now: I still don’t have hot water I cannot afford $5,839.17 just to swap a heater This is how a customer — and a veteran — was treated If this is the level of service Lowe’s allows through its partnered contractors, customers deserve to know. I expected better transparency, better communication, and fair pricing. What I received was weeks of delay, dismissal, and an estimate that makes no sense. Lowe’s needs to seriously review how it works with Flow Star Plumbing and how customers are treated. And I request Lowe's manager at muldoon branch to contact me please I'm already in the system. Thank you

    DON'T BUY A FRESH TREE THERE! COST TWICE AS MUCH AS HOME DEPOT, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO LOT ATTENDANTS TO PREP THEM FOR DEPARTURE, AND THEY QUESTION YOUR HONESTY WHEN YOU HAND THEM THE BAR CODE. WE WAITED HALF AN HOUR FOR HELP (BEING TOLD TWICE THEY ARE ON THE WAY) WHEN WE ROLLED THRU THE STORE WITH AN UNWRAPPED TREE TO PURCHASE, THEN EVERYONE CAME OUT OF THE WOODWORK, NOT TO HELP BUT TO MAKE EXCUSES THAT THE ATTENDANT WAS OUTSIDE IN 60 MPH WINDS TOO BUSY TO HELP. NOPE! NOPE! NOPE!
