Meh, it's a Lowe's home improvement warehouse, the employee is at this location seeming to be better than the others, but at times it is often hard to find one who can answer your question. Most of them seem to rely on the app, which I can use myself. Stock levels are usually good at this location, garden section is excellent early summer.

I’ve purchased many appliances from Lowe’s over the years and have generally had good experiences, which is why this was especially disappointing.
I ordered a dishwasher and paid for delivery and haul-away service. When the delivery team arrived, I was told for the first time that the old dishwasher must already be disconnected for them to take it and that no installation would be performed. This was never clearly communicated to me ahead of time. Had I known, I would have arranged for disconnection in advance.
As a result, the new dishwasher is now sitting boxed in my kitchen and unusable, and I paid for a service I could not use. Paying for a service that cannot be used due to undisclosed requirements is unacceptable.
This followed an already delayed delivery due to a truck accident (which I truly sympathized with), but the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication. I hope Lowe’s will reach out to refund the haul-away fee and help resolve this.

I was in the Tikahtnu Lowe’s in search of the viral mini buckets and I could not find any. I went and was able to find the sweetest worker if I’m correct, his name was Ricky. He had a bucket he personal was gifted and decided to give his own bucket up so I could have one. Receiving this kindness I had the biggest smile on my face and I couldn’t say thank you enough. I had to leave an amazing review because of his kindness and I hope Lowe’s recognizes him for it!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
