Unacceptable, I purchased a garage opener plus paid for the.costs of installation at the time of purchase. Lowe's installer company called and said March 6th is the first opening available to install the opener. This is an one hour job. Wait two months for installation. Totally unacceptable, the time frame should be less than two weeks.

Impossible to have anyone talk to you over the phone. An AI answers the phone and keeps giving me suggestions on the items I don't need and when I was able to get it to transfer the phone to an associate after 10 minutes, no one answered the phone for 10 minutes. Will never shop here again.
