And some just don't want to help. We were pleasantly surprised though by the gentleman who helped us with our flooring today, 9/25. When asking for assistance looking for flooring he looked it up and said that this specific store was out of stock but looked it up at other stores. And THEN he even called the other store to verify the amount and set it aside for us. This may sound like the easiest thing but in today's world, he went above and beyond our expectations. We've literally had a lady just tell us "South Anchorage!" rudely and walk away so with low expectations, this was wonderful. We live in the valley so he saved us a lot of time and headache driving around. I'm kicking myself for not getting his name but we believe it was the Assistant Manager of the Tudor store. He could of just said it was out of stock or told us it was at another store but I'm really appreciative he took the time when this has been an ongoing struggle of a project. He made it easier. Thank you!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
