I paid just shy of $60 for the exact fit part, when most parts warehouses online want anywhere from $75 to $120 plus shipping for the same thing. The gentleman I talked to was able to look it up by part number, saved me from having to go without an oven for a week or more. He was courteous and professional, and held the part for me until I was able to get there. If I could give ten stars, I would. Definitely going to go here for all my appliance parts needs from now on!

They came same day right in the one hour timeframe that they gave me, and were able to fix it/replace parts. Also of note, is that it was in a tiny, cramped, dusty space and they didn’t complain or make me feel awkward about it at all. The price was great too. $134 for service and replacing 2 parts after a little over an hour of work. Highly recommend.
